During this interactive dinner experience, you will learn how to rescue food that would otherwise go to waste, how to shop properly to avoid food waste, and how to use that random ingredient you have left over from another recipe! Chef Ellen will demo how to prep the dishes, and loves her guests to interact and ask lots of questions along the way!
You will be served a 3 course meal ALL from rescued food by 360 Eats, a local nonprofit that saves food weekly and serves it to those that would otherwise go hungry. Your ticket price also includes a donation to this marvelous charity!

We will email the menu to all who have registered on Wednesday, March 17th – as that is when they will know what food they are able to save & serve you that week!
CDC guidelines will be followed, and we ask everyone to wear a mask until they are seated. Please use the notes field to indicate who you’d like to sit with as we are not able to adjust seating that evening due to safety protocols.
