TIMELESS RHYTHM

Originally opened in 1927, Fenway Hotel is an icon of the Jazz Age, playing host to notable explorers, artists, politicians, musicians and living legends in its time as an operating hotel. Considered the “most historically valuable structure” in Dunedin, Florida, the hotel was also home to the first radio station in Pinellas County, which began broadcasting in 1925. Today, Fenway Hotel is a part of the Mainsail Lodging & Development portfolio and a member of the prestigious Autograph Collection® of Marriott International, Inc.

HEW Parlor & Chophouse
Onsite signature restaurant HEW Parlor & Chophouse takes its name from the word “hew,” meaning to cut or chop, and the initials of Fenway Hotel’s original architect, Herman Everett Wendell. Taking center stage is a chef’s counter, affording front-row views of the hustle and bustle of a production kitchen. The interaction with the culinary team makes this the most sought-after seat. Guests can also enjoy an intimate parlor bar, showcasing an extensive whisky and Scotch collection inspired by Dunedin’s Scottish heritage, chophouse cuts and chef-driven seasonal preparations. Recently refreshed design cues evoke a warm, welcoming balance of classic elegance and modern flair, with clouded antique gold mirrors and other accents that complement the newly painted faux-finished ceilings. Diners have the option to dine alfresco at poolside or on the veranda overlooking the front Lawn.

Hi-Fi Rooftop Bar
Inspired by the surrounding Spanish colonial architecture, Hi-Fi Rooftop Bar is a gathering place for visitors and locals alike to enjoy breathtaking views of St. Joseph Sound, while savoring creatively crafted cocktails, local beers, carefully selected wines, and a curated selection of sharable bites and snacks. Hi-Fi also holds a rich legacy as the site of Pinellas County’s first radio station, which was founded by original hotel owner G.H. Bowles.

Room 27
A nod to the hotel’s storied past, Room 27 is a 1920s-inspired speakeasy located within HEW Parlor & Chophouse. With its moody and elegant decor, Room 27 offers a unique and immersive experience that transports guests back to the Prohibition era. Throughout the year, Room 27 comes alive with themed evenings and intimate supper clubs, creating memorable nights that blend storytelling, music, and exceptional dining.

Fenway Hotel’s convenient location puts guests in the middle of local events and attractions and is also near the route of the Jolly Trolley, connecting guests to Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, and all points in between.
