WHO: The historic Fenway Hotel in Dunedin, Florida
WHAT: Fenway Hotel is bringing a taste of Louisiana to Dunedin with its first-ever Swine & Shine Boucherie, a lively afternoon of Southern flavor, live music, and local community spirit. Led by Executive Chef Clayton Parrett – named Creative Loafing’s 2025 Best of the Bay Chef in Dunedin/Clearwater – the menu blends his Louisiana roots with chef-driven creativity. Guests will enjoy tastings of pork-inspired dishes and craft beverages from top regional chefs, restaurants, and breweries, all in support of Metropolitan Ministries, benefiting families in need across Pinellas County.
Rooted in Cajun tradition, a boucherie (pronounced boo-shuh-ree) is a spirited gathering where neighbors come together to cook, share, and celebrate. Fenway’s version turns that Louisiana legacy into a full-fledged waterfront feast, featuring bites from Teak St. Pete, Juno & The Peacock, Birch & Vine, Q Southern BBQ, Salty Soul Island Kitchen, The Honu, Epicurean Hotel, and HEW Parlor & Chophouse.
Guests can sip and sample from Three Daughters Brewing, Bulleit Frontier Whiskey, Sazerac Company, Green Bench Brewing, Don Q Rum, Bacardi Limited, and more, while soaking up live performances by 6 Volt Rodeo and jazz artist Jeremy Carter. The family-friendly event also includes local vendors and the best sunset views in Dunedin.
Event sponsors include Taoist Tai Chi Society, Tampa Bay Ice Plant, US Foods, C-K’s Wholesale Produce, Coca-Cola and Shogun Farms.
