This Thanksgiving, skip the hours in the kitchen and leave the cooking and cleanup to the chefs. Two of Tampa Bay’s distinctive boutique hotels are serving family-style holiday feasts with traditional favorites, creative seasonal dishes and indulgent desserts. From turkey with all the trimmings to prime rib, short ribs and lobster ravioli, both restaurants are giving families and friends plenty of reasons to gather around the table without lifting a finger.

Thanksgiving Dinner at Élevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar | Epicurean Hotel, Tampa

$95 per adult | $25 for children 12 and under | Children under 5 eat free

Élevage is putting a flavorful spin on Thanksgiving with a family-style feast featuring three hearty entrées: Stuffed Turkey Breast Roulade with confit leg, sausage and sage stuffing and Madeira pan gravy; Short Rib Bourguignon with pearl onions and wild mushrooms; and bacon-wrapped Cornbread Stuffed Pork Loin with dried cranberry and pork jus. Holiday sides include Brown Butter Potato Purée, Crispy Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese and Applewood-Smoked Brussels Sprouts. HEW is bringing its signature chophouse flair to Thanksgiving with a family-style menu that goes beyond the traditional turkey dinner. Highlights include Ancho-Rubbed Prime Rib with cranberry chutney; Smoked Rotisserie Turkey with giblet gravy; and Beurre Noisette & Lobster Ravioli with pumpkin spice cream and a butternut and sage fritter. Seasonal sides include Autumn Squash Casserole, Savory Wild Mushroom Bread Pudding and Raclette & Crispy Pancetta Mac. Desserts feature Molasses Sweet Potato & Candied Pecan Bites, Chocolate Torte with pumpkin sabayon and Salted Caramel Crunch. Reservations via OpenTable.
